Ariana Taylor, LMFT

Ariana Taylor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma-informed, somatic-based therapy for individuals navigating trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered approaches to support clients in building safety, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience.

Ariana believes that navigating life’s obstacles alone can be overwhelming, and her hope is to walk alongside individuals in support of their healing journey. She views togetherness, connection, and support as essential components of strength and courage. As a multicultural clinician and first-generation American, Ariana brings a deep appreciation for diverse lived experiences and cultural perspectives into her clinical work.

With over five years of experience across behavioral health settings, Ariana has worked extensively with childhood trauma, substance use disorders, and complex mental health presentations. Her therapeutic process is grounded in person-centered care, emphasizing collaboration, safety, and empowerment.

Ariana believes meaningful growth happens through small, intentional steps repeated daily. Her work focuses on helping individuals move from survival mode into sustainable, embodied healing.
