Mandi Budd

Executive Director

A Florida native, Mandi Budd began her professional and non-profit career while in college at the University of Central Florida. First working for the university, then in various other local charities including Heart of Florida United Way, Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Canine Companions for Independence and the Alzheimer Resource Center. She later changed career paths for 10 years, working as a Firm Administrator for two CPA firms, Ruggiero Martinez & Norton in Winter Park, Florida and O’Bannon Anaya and Company in Las Vegas.

Upon moving to Los Angeles, Mandi knew she needed to return her professional career to where her true passions lie…..in service to others. When she met Deborah Alessi she was immediately drawn to the organizations’ mission and began her journey with Face Forward in 2015, first as Associate Director before accepting the role of Executive Director later that same year.

Mandi has a passion for giving back and wanting to make a positive change for as many people as she can in the world. She looks forward to the continued growth and global reach and vision of Face Forward International, to help even more survivors from around the world become thrivers after suffering from abuse.

Mandi is a proud member of the LA5 Rotary Club and Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
